Zelovva partners with CJ Dropshipping to fulfill and ship orders directly to customers across the United States. This allows us to offer a wide selection of products without holding large amounts of inventory. Below is our standard shipping policy.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it is routed to our trusted fulfillment partner — CJ Dropshipping — which prepares, packs, and ships your items from their closest warehouse.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $30.00. Orders below $30.00 are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.95. We currently ship to all 50 US states.
Most orders are delivered within 7-15 business days after shipment. Delivery time may vary based on the destination, product availability, and carrier capacity. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.
Large items such as sofas, grooming tubs, and furniture ship via freight carriers within 7-14 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
